Simply Caught Seafood LLC takes great pride in supplying fresh P.R. caught seafood strait to its residents. A lot of the seafood purchased and offered is from off the island. Why import seafood when we have it at our finger tips? Simply Caught only offers fresh, local seafood, from right here in Puerto Rico ! In addition this also helps create many opportunities for its residence by supplying great seafood and local jobs.
How this is achieved:
Public Education - We try to educate chefs and the public with sustainable recommendations for the plate.
Support day boat fisher people - Support the boats that go out and come in. Fish is fresher when long lines are avoided
Support Sustainable Fishing practices
Eating Local - Don’t support imported seafood that does not adhere to the regulations that Puerto Rico has.
Support Local - Support your local businesses Good for the community !
Limit the supply chain - Buy from the source to avoid the possibility of temperature abuse and to keep it fresh.

Eat Seasonal - This means the odd ball fish :) Takes pressure off species that are most often ate.
